This week Laura Beddoe is joined with guest Lesley Moule and we discuss her story around her growing up with a Christian family and her Grandmother teaching her tools of manifestation and paganism. How she developed a rare allergy-related illness, allergic to most things called Mast Cell Activation Syndrome  after the trauma of her Dad passing away. The doctors told her she would be on medication for the rest of her life.

She decided to research natural remedies and healing of the mind, body, and spirit and managed to heal her symptoms herself which lead her to get her certifications to help others with overcoming trauma and negative patterns much like host Laura Beddoe's story of overcoming trauma, co-dependency, PTSD and addiction.

Both Laura and Lesley channel and co-create with energy to live a life in the vibration of 5D which is explained in this episode. These light seeds are here to help the awakening and help support people with living from the heart space, become attuned to work with guides and angels, and keep grounded and centered for the process.

Lesley also speaks about her ap launching sometime this year for meditation and calm.
