The word being authentic is being bound around online what does it truly mean?
When the shadow parts are tapping on our shoulder it is the inner child that wants to be loved, to be seen, to be witnessed, or remind us of a time we were hurt.
Can you start to love the parts that are jealous or envious and realise it's an old part that feels lack or scarcity? Can you give yourself compassion?
Tips on how to overcome the negative chatter
- Physically shout stop.
- Journal on why you might feel these unhelpful feelings.
- Realise if you feel envious, jealous realise god only puts what is available for you in your path.
- Practice self-love and compassion.
