204. I'll figure it out myself

When you circumvent other's expertise in order to figure it out yourself, you're doubling down on your hyper-independence. It's not that you shouldn't rely on yourself and your inner knowing for YOU, but there's a balance in allowing yourself to be mentored, coached, seen, and held in spaces that shift the way you were taught to be in survival mode.
