Paths to Wellness with Ramblers Cymru

I spoke to Hannah Wilcox Brooke who is the Project Manager for the Ramblers Cymru Paths to Wellbeing project. We met in Ffynone woods (where, incidentally, the Mabinogion tells us is an entrance to Annwn, the Otherworld). Hannah told me about how the project is working with volunteers to design new routes as well as maintaining existing ones.
