Shawna Roppolo SCA Champion

Shawna Roppolo is the female cooker of the year 2 years in a row, winner of the NBBQA's Rhinestone Steak Showdown in Fort Worth, Texas.  She has placed top 10 in 51 of 96 comps she has entered.  She has won too many to mention here and she talks to us about those wins, tips, trick, and much more. 

Shawna teaches a very good class on SCA competition cooking at the BBQ Champs Academy and we HIGHLY recommend it.
