Fred Robles

The owner of Rio Valley Meats in Weslaco, TX took a stab at a bbq contest 10 years ago with borrowed equipment and has since become one of the best competition cooks in the world. He now is the head of the Champions Barbecue Alliance. We chat with the 2019 American Royal Grand Champion and learn more about the man and the myth!
