Davey Johnston is a Canadian musician and lead singer/songwriter for Rock 'n Roll band, The Confusionaires. He is also a dedicated vegan athlete and has released a series of documentaries about training for a triathlon in the frozen city of Edmonton, Alberta which can be found on YouTube under the Conscious Pilgrim, as well as his internet journal under the same name.  

We talk about music, getting his first guitar, what it means to be sober in a world of drugs and alcohol and his outlook on life and music.
