Zoe is a chartered sport and exercise psychologist who has worked in both high-performance sport and business, having enjoyed a period at Harlequins rugby club and is now working at a boutique consulting firm. Zoe enjoys both the applied and theoretical aspects of sport psychology, having also enjoyed a period as an associate lecturer at UWE, Bristol. Here we discuss professional rugby and players' experiences of contract termination as well as a practitioner's philosophy and performance psychology in the business world.
