Wintonbury Early Childhood Magnet School along with our school district has begun an initiative to implement the Collaborative and Proactive Solutions (CPS) Model, created by Dr. Ross Greene, to address social-emotional challenges.  In this episode, join School Social Worker Kathleen Johndrow as she explains the first step of CPS:  Changing Your Lens.  How we view challenging behaviors affects how we respond to it.
