Faced with financial challenges during high school, Sam banked on his creativity and values to build and grow a company on event planning. Sam eventually sold his company for a price enough to afford him financial liberty and to fund himself through college.

With these newfound skills and interests in sales and entrepreneurship, Sam pursued a day job in tech sales and started passively investing in real estate on the side.

Sam is now the CEO of Silverman Capital, where he gets to share his experiences as an investor. He manages over 4,000 units of assets in Arizona, Texas, Florida, and Colorado.
