This episode is inspired by social media and how the scroll has caused us to fall into daily bouts of comparisonitis. I discuss some of the feelings and thoughts we might experience when scrolling and the importance of asking ourselves WHY we're feeling some type of way about the content we see. I share how reframing how we view & think of people we compare ourselves to can help us feel better, as well as improve our relationship with social media.
