For Dr. Nicole Rankine, she is “Adulting In Her Purpose” and loving every minute of it as she is changing the lives through the company she founded “The COLE Academy of Personal Growth, LLC.  Although, “Dr. Nic” as she’s affectionately known as spent over 20 years as a Research Scientist, the only thing she’s conducting research on today is training leaders both young people and adults nationally and internationally.

Although, her career was good Dr. Nic was always a leader and never stopped looking to grow even more in her career.  After applying for a position Dr Nic knew she was qualified to do and having the door closed - she took a step back and started thinking of what to do next.  An old journal reminded her of some of what she needed and well as I always say "I won't tell it all, because it's her story to tell”.
