As a teacher, I always felt like I failed.
In this episode, I share a personal anecdote that led me to believe that I failed as a teacher for every parent's child. With a system that is built on urgency and lack of time, it could feel that the emotional needs of my students were constantly unmet. This episode goes into a vulnerably place and provides insights to every parent on how an educator feels in the classroom.
In this episode, I cover:
1) The emotional needs of students
2) The ways in which I failed as a teacher
3) How we can combat this as both an educator and as a parent
