The Slap Bandit ( what People do to get attention)

This young man from Chicago had the audacity to walk around slapping females because he was mad at his girlfriend and his mama. So he goes to drink and finds himself slapping 25 women even though some fault back but they still got their man. He is in jail awaiting trial he suppose to get a short sentence.
