It's your weekly dose of plastic surgery today as we move onto the 7th episode of the 2nd season of Nip/Tuck called Naomi Gaines! It's an episode that sets up some very important story arcs in the coming episodes and also gives us some amazing (and we do mean AMAZING) Ava scenes which you really do need to see to just see how awesome she is. Oh and Adrian. He is pretty darn awesome too. But it's not all about being awesome, because it's also about being awesome (yeah we lied) about listening to this episode.
