Sasha Vrtunski, Affordable Housing Officer with Asheville's Community Development Division, breaks down the city's recent $4.3 million investment in five affordable housing projects. She also talks about updating the city’s affordable housing plan and the criteria for selecting buyers and renters outside the capital marketplace when demand far outweighs supply.
