60: Your Brain On A Sale

Are you a sucker for a sale? Do you feel like you struggle to say “no” when you’re presented with a deal? If so, you’re not alone. Many women struggle with resisting the temptation of a sale because we are constantly exposed to them coupled with the fact that our brains are wired to be enticed by sales. Because of this we often are making purchasing decisions that are more about “winning” and snagging the deal rather than the value we are receiving from the item.

We are starting with why we struggle to resist a sale and what’s happening in our brains that make it so hard to walk away.
