The Ordinary People Show #2 – Mediation Man!

If you could change your name what would you change it to?

This is how we started our 2nd episode as one of the hosts confesses he is in a bit of an identity crisis. He doesn’t know what he wants to be called on the show or in day to day life. The theme music is so fitting right now “We are just ordinary people, we don’t know which way to go”. We will probably discuss this further in a future episode.

We spoke quickly on university and how it feels like an epic journey similar to Lord of the Rings but this is how life is in general obviously some adventures are more epic than others. Nothing worth doing is going to be easy remember that.

SPOILER ALERT!!!

We talk about how the film American Sniper reinforces certain stereotypes and the outrage that came with it. Although we feel the outrage wasn’t needed we feel it is good we are in a time where people can voice their opinion and be heard. But please understand sometimes your opinion can hurt other people and its not always needed. Sometimes a mediator is needed Mediation Man where are you?????
