0067 Nick Barbadoro film and homeownership

Nick and His wife lived 4 doors down from me and needed me to do the most minor of things to their new build when they moved away from the area.  We dive into all of that as well as the fact that Nick has wrote and directed a short film that will be making its way to film festivals soon and we dive deep into that entire process.
