It would appear that Carter Page was aware of the GOP Reply or Opposition to TOP SECRET information included in his FISA Warrant application. He mentions Paul Ryan as the sourse that will approve the release of this classified Top Secret information some 60 days after this live MSNBC interview.

If Paul Ryan disclosed TOP SECRET information to the Subject of the investigation is question he would at the very least be in violation of 18 U.S. Code § 798 - Disclosure of classified information

Other that have pleaded guilty or were convicted of similar charges have served as much as 35 months to 35 years
