Rafaela Andrade - Women in Innovation & Entrepreneurship, a Balancing Act

Dr. Rafaela Andrade, Founder & CEO of Myomar Molecular, moved to Canada from Brazil in 2008 to start her graduate studies in cancer research, where she was awarded prestigious scholarships and prizes for research and innovation. Over the last decade, she has been working with molecular biology techniques, managing projects and developing innovative techniques to improve research outcomes and collaborations. Rafaela is a mother of three and shares her journey on figuring out how to balance both her career and family life at the same time.
