In theory this appears straight forward, yet the reality is frequently much more challenging. This is summed up by one of his favorite quotes; 'the single biggest problem with communication is the illusion it is taking place' from George Bernard Shaw. When asked about what he does, Richard has been known to say he is an interpreter, and when asked about which languages he says English to English.
