Newly retired LAPD Sargent, Marlon Marrache joins me on this episode. Marlon spent 24 years with LAPD and he talks about why he got into law enforcement and his time on the job.
Marlon also shares about the culture shock he experienced after coming to America from Peru at age 12 and his life growing up and how unstable his younger years were.
While at LAPD, Marlon worked in Internal Affairs and after retiring, he decided to put his expertise to use and he formed Marrache Police Consulting & Investigations.
