This weekend is the final race in the 2019 Spartan US Championship Series. Jack Bauer and I talk about Ryan Atkins' dominance and pick a winner between Lindsay Webster and Nicole Mericle on this week's The OCR Report podcast.

Jack and Will talk about the race and what to expect from the top men and women runners this weekend.

Jack is in anguish over having too many good male athletes to pick from for his top five finisher predictions. Will makes a pick for his top five female finishers that Jack thinks is terrible and he lets Will know about it.
