OMGP: Shrek 2

For the Obligatory Movie Game Podcast’s second Shrektember episode, Devon and Jackson sit down to discuss Shrek 2. It’s the most critically acclaimed Shrek game, and it made a lot of fans with its blend of 4 player co-op beat 'em up action, mini games and puzzles. Shrek 2 corrects most of the mistakes that were made with the first game, and this time around, the game follows, and expands upon the story of its film counterpart. The game makes the most of the classic sequel’s supporting cast, allowing the players to control eleven characters through familiar settings from the film, as well as some new locales. The comedy is on point, and the multiplayer aspect helped make this game a banger movie game classic of the early-aughts!
