Alex Kuhn is a certified yoga instructor and men's life coach. Originally from Switzerland, he learned that while Switzerland is a safe place to keep money, money & status are not the end all be all for our happiness, human connection is.  On his path of personal development he discovered that vulnerability, authenticity and truth are the remedies for loneliness,  disconnection & depression. He now helps men  learn how to have next level relationships & a next level life.  Oh ya, he is also my partner of 12 years! :)
