Business end of the season!

Based on all of the Team of the Week results, and some listener involvement, the TOTY is done! James Tedesco, Stephen Crichton and Nicho Hynes come into the fold winning out their voted categories and the team is s-t-a-c-k-e-d! Once announced, the boys get into business. The in-depth breakdown of the NRL Finals for 2022 has begun and we have all your Round 1 takes here! In a finals series that could see all of the underdogs winning first round, there is cash for jam!  The lads break down every single game for the round ahead and find it hard to split some of these teams apart. 

Friday night is a blockbuster. The Battle of the West between the Penrith Panthers and Parramatta Eels is always enticing. The Panthers are back to full strength and the Eels window is closing. It may come down to who is more desperate. 

Then, Super Saturday. The Melbourne Storm find themselves up against their bogeist of bogey teams in the Canberra Raiders. Both cold, wet and sad climates, the Raiders own the Storm at AAMI Park going 4-0 in their last 4 visits. Will Canberra get it done again? 
The Cronulla Sharks find themselves hosting at the Cove against the North Queensland Cowboys and this game is so splitsville that the lads had to go player by player. EVEN THEN it was hard to separate! Up the Cows, though. 

And lastly, Sunday. The oldest rivalry in Rugby League pens another chapter in their book. The Sydney Roosters host the South Sydney Rabbitohs in the new Hen House, Allianz Stadium, for back to back weeks. Will Latrell have something more to give? Is the loss of Joey Manu going to mean the end of the Roosters season?
