Hello! And Welcome to the Nine Minute Mile - a podcast sharing stories about running, fundraising and the crazy things we do for a good cause. 

In October 2021 I have the ridiculous and frightening privilege to run through the iconic streets of London in order to raise money for the wonderful Macmillan Cancer Support, this year's official charity of the race.

Over nine minute episodes, timed to match my target race pace, I hope listeners can be inspired to learn, donate, tell their own stories and perhaps even run.
