Mile Four

I am delighted to catch up with our good family friend Jen to hear about coming to running later in life and the essential kit and motivation we need to get off the couch in the first place.

As always, all this running is really about fundraising for the amazing Macmillan Cancer Support - with just over a week to go until the marathon, I am close to my target of £3,000 to raise for them. I am so grateful for any donation you can make, thank you !
