This week I am throwing it back to an episode recorded last year, when the Next Shift Podcast didn't even exist! I was just doing Zooms with officer's who'd transitioned out of the field and sharing them on social media, to get the word out there that there IS life after Law Enforcement.

Ryan has an infectious personality that really showed through as he talked about his transition from LEO to Financial Services Industry to entrepreneur. He deems himself a personal development expert and in this episode, he chats not only about his decision to leave LE, but to start his own coaching business. The day we chatted was actually his first day working for himself!
