Whether you realize it or not, you can create habits that stick. Do you brush your teeth every day?  Do you go to work daily?  Do you eat meals to nourish yourself daily? You see, you already have many habits in place!  The key is to ensure that your habits are supporting you and helping you to become the best version of yourself. 

Enter…. today’s episode!  This episode was created to help you assess your current habits to determine whether they are helping you reach your goals.  Within this episode, I share personal development's impact on my life.  I include five habits I use, modified from the Five to Thrive  by Rachel Hollis.  Additionally, I share an incredible book with you that helped me shift my mindset when I first began my growth journey, and I know it can do the same for you!
