At the 2020 WWDC event held virtually from Cupertino, California, Apple announce that it would be moving the Mac from Intel processors to their own proprietary, ARM-based SOCs which they dubbed Apple Silicon. neXt Curve's Leonard Lee and Dean Freeman exchange thoughts on the implications of this move on Apple, Intel, the semiconductor industry and the current and future users of Macs.
