Carey invited both sides of the issue to talk directly to voters. Each side tries to make their case about Prop 205 which would make recreational pot legal.
A “yes” vote would allow individuals 21 years and older to privately use, possess, manufacture and transport marijuana.
A “no” vote would retain the existing law, which prohibits individuals from using, possessing, growing or purchasing marijuana unless the individual is in compliance with the Arizona Medical Marijuana act.
