From Argentina to America, Federico Garcia's "Gusto Gaucho" Argentine Pastry Cuisine

Federico Garcia is from Mendoza, Argentina (land of Malbec wine). Federico emigrated to the United States in 2014, as an industrial engineer by training, his skills and passion were realized in baking. After perfecting empanadas, Federico moved on to pastries. Federico's belief is that farm to fork has allowed for him to create great food which taste even better and delivers to palate. Federico is winner of the calling all dreamers 2021 and hopes to reach the American market to introduce Argentine pastry cuisine.
