Dentists and dental office managers not reading the CDT Code Book cover to cover to operate their dental practice would be equivalent to a pilot not reading the pilot operating handbook of the aircraft they are going to fly. READ THE DANG BOOK! You don't need other peoples adjunct books to understand the ADA's CDT Code Book to run your practice and bill out codes related to services you provide. It's simply common sense.
