Why are there so many dentists not offering ridge preservation to their patients who need surgical extractions, or any extraction for that matter...baby teeth not included. If only you could see all the x-rays and intra-oral images I have gathered over the years showing the benefits from this procedure, you would put it into practice on all of your extraction patients. It's not only one of the most beneficial dental procedures we do in dentistry, it's also one of the few where you are actually profitable on every time.
