53. Managing Christmas Day Expectations

Christmas Morning is going one of two ways - phenomenal or down the drain! There is barely an in-between when it comes to this holiday. We love Christmas, but it's not necessarily our favorite holiday because, at some point, it's going off the rails.  Managing Christmas Day Expectations is easier said than done but we've gotten better at it over the years. If you are hosting, going on the family member house bounce, or simply planning on trying to get through the day, take 30ish minutes to decompress with us.  We are far from perfect. And something always goes sideways on Christmas Day, but we push through ... sometimes just barely.
