Welcome to The Motherhood Mentor Podcast today we are creating space for mothers to come together to explore the transformative power of somatic healing.

In today's episode, we delve into Becca’s personal somatic healing journey from trauma, alongside her insights as a somatic mind-body coach.

Through somatic practices we can discover the profound capacity of the body to hold and release trauma, leading to deep healing and transformation. In her personal life and as a coach Becca focuses on the body's innate wisdom and capacity for healing.

Motherhood often brings to the surface unresolved traumas, triggering feelings of overwhelm, anxiety, and disconnection. But we aren’t always talking about this “side” of the motherhood journey. Somatic healing offers mothers a gentle and effective approach to processing trauma, reclaiming their sense of agency and empowerment, while in a season where there isn’t always the space and capacity to go deep digging into past wounds.

Join us next time as we continue to explore the transformative potential of somatic healing in the journey of motherhood.
