What got you to your first six figures won’t always get you to your high multiple six figures. While there are many ways I could personalize this episode depending where I am meeting you in your own business, I am going to cover some of the universal aspects required to scale your service based business. (Coaches, therapists, helpers, artists, I’m speaking to YOU).

Questions to ask yourself:

1. Do I have a scaleable business model? Where would growth break my business?
2. If I didn’t want to or couldn’t work for a lengthy period of time (mat leave, bereavement, illness, vacation, kids on summer holidays etc) what would break in my business?
3. If I hired someone tomorrow for any area of my business, would we have SOPs or need to create them?
4. What is the financial health of my business and where do I want to grow? Revenue, Profits, cash flow, etc.
5. What investments would make the most sense for me to set up my business for scaling success?
6. How do I need to expand my own internal leadership and embodiment, mindset, energetics to be able to hold more responsibility around financial abundance, impact, legacy of work, brand authority, and client / community care.
