It’s easy to get caught up in the instagram marketing of what it looks like to run a business but its not the whole story and today I want to support you in the other part of the experience. 

In business, like in life, love and every other part of this human experience, there will be some really hard things to navigate . And with these really hard things will usually come REALLY big emotions.  

As a CEO, you are also human. This means that while life will LIFE around you, you’re going to have to learn how to BE with those big emotions and HARD seasons but still show up for your business and lead from a grounded place. This pep talk will remind you how and why it matters to show up differently no matter what is on fire around you.
