Ready to launch or recover from a "failed" one? This solo episode is for you.


Launching can feel really confronting if we aren’t willing to look at our beliefs, alignment and energy leaks. We are actively putting ourselves “out there” and our brain doesn’t always feel safe with the threat of “rejection”… our lizard brain wants to keep us alive, which is better when we are accepted by our “tribe” and anything that could lead to rejection by our community can lead to massive resistance.

Ultimately, remember that launching is NOT performative. It gets to be an energetic playground where you build relationship, feel amazing, and show up from a place of alignment. If you bolster this goodness up with a bullet proof strategy, your success is inevitable.
