Let's have a real talk about mommy burnout

In the adulting Olympics, moms would be the juggling champions, hands-down (wouldn't it be great if that were an actual Olympic sport?!) Moms are master jugglers and pride themselves on doing all the things, but is doing all the things the right thing?

Mommy burnout is a hot topic these days and what I've found is there is a lot of blame going around. So let's have a real conversation about mommy burnout, where is stems from, how we can take responsibility for it and how we can free ourselves from it once and for all.
