Over the past few days it has emerged that Bryan Kohberger and his legal team served one of the surviving housemates, Bethany Funke, with a subpoena. According to Bryan Kohberger's team, she has exulpatory evidence that could help prove Bryan Kohberger's innocence. Anne Taylor and the team represesnting Kohberger wanted Funke to testify at the preliminary hearing in June, but after pushback they settled on deposing her in Reno instead.
