Judge John Judge Makes A Premilinary Ruling On Cameras In The Courtroom

The saga surrounding whether cameras would be present in the courtroom for Bryan Kohberger's trial was somewhat put to bed yesterday during Kohberger's appearance in front of Judge Judge.

On the agenda, along with Bryan Kohbergers request to stay the proceedings and have his indictment tossed out, was the question about cameras in the courtroom and if they should stay and remain present throughout the trial.

Judge John Judge has ruled that the cameras WILL REMAIN but he has some rules for the media and if they don't stick to them, he reserves the right to change his ruling.


This all comes after months of legal filings behind the scenes and will continue to play out until the trial.
