Family Members Of The Victims In Moscow And The Planned Witness List

The family of Kaylee Goncalves has been very vocal about the investigation into the murder of their loved one. This has not sat well with the authorities in Idaho who have tried to keep things close to their vest as they maintain that the secrecy was needed to maintain the integrity of the investigation.


Now, after the Goncalves family challeneged the scope of the gag order, the state has fired back and named the family as potential witnesses, in the hope of keeping them quiet. Bryan Kohberger's legal team has also challenged the appeal of the gag order.
