Bryan Kohberger Asks That The Indictment Be Tossed Out

Bryan Kohberger's legal team has asked the judge to toss the indictment that Kohberger was slapped with by the grand jury and in the filing they claim that the jury selection process was mismanaged and that proper direction wasn't given to the GJ jurors. On that basis, they claim, that the indictment should be tossed.

Judge Judge has yet to make a ruling one way or the other, but he has already denied the request for a stay in the proceedings previously.
