A Recap Of Bryan Kohberger's Court Appearance On Feb 28th 2024

Bryan Kohberger made another appearance in court yesterday in Moscow, Idaho as both sides continue to try to hammer out the specifics of his trial.

Originally, the prosecution was gunning for a summer trial in 24, but considering the amount of evidence, that doesn't seem like it is going to happen. Instead, they are now pushing for the trial to get underway in early 2025 while the defense wants the trial to start in the summer of 2025. Judge Judge has not made a ruling yet.


They also discussed various other issues during the hearing such as the IGG information and who will have access to what moving forward.

No rulings were made and the next hearing is not until May.
