manifestation is a natural by product of how reality works. Manifestation, is really just concentrating energy around a desire or thought to make it a reality.
We are always manifesting, the question is what are we manifesting, we are also always attracting things to us, the questions again is what.
The what is what we believe to be true.
Let me give you an example. If I told you about the law of attraction and you admitaly did not believe the law of attraction was real, then that would be your truth, or what you believe to be true. As a result of this belief and your thought and energy around it, you would see the evidence to support this belief, and the law of attraction would not work for you. Another way of saying this, is that You manifested the law of attraction not to work you. This does not mean it does not work, this just means that your truth is that it does not work.
The person who nailed this concept on the heads was Henry Ford, as he was known for saying “Whether you think you can or you think you can’t, your are right!”
And he was right, because you will manifest your thoughts. SO let make sure our thoughts are positive and to help us do that we will meditate using manifest as our mantra.
