a simple and easy mantra meditation using isochronic tones to bring about delight.
Experts continue to find evidence that our thoughts — positive and negative — don't just have psychological effects, they also have physical effects on our body. Advantages of positive thinking include less stress, better overall physical and emotional health, longer life span, and better coping skills.
That being said getting your brain to focus on the positive instead of the negative is not always as easy as it should be. I seemed to get stressed trying to think positive when I am in a negative space, which is exactly what you are not supposed to do. 
But I have found a pretty good way of distractying myself from negative thoughts, just by saying certain words. Words that I find sound positive. Happy, Appealing, warm, delightful are typically my go to words for when I need to adjust my thinking.
