The Actions I'm Taking NOW and Why I'm Not Going Mute

This isn't the episode I expected to put out this week, and next week you'll hear what was planned, but today I want us to have a different conversation. 

I'm choosing NOT to mute my content and my profiles this week. Instead, I'm sharing the people I'm listening to and learning from and the resources they are creating. I'm speaking to the ACTIONS I'm taking because Instagram posts are great, but they're not a solution to the crisis at hand. 

I'm also speaking to why you will see the changes I speak about today not just this week but moving forward because this isn't an Instagram trend, this isn't a moment, it's a change I am committed to working more on PUBLICLY and doubling down on my personal efforts and conversations as well.
